💳 Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

This Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy applies to all optional in-game purchases made within Royal Smash 3D, published by Varnams.

1. Instant Digital Delivery & Official Receipt

All items available in the Royal Smash 3D Vault (such as Squire's Coin Pouch, Knight's Treasure Chest, Emperor's Royal Vault, King's Unlimited Hoard, and Alpha/VIP Passes) are 100% digital in-game goods. No physical shipping is involved.

• Upon completing a payment via Direct UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or Google Play Billing, your Silver Coins, Gold Coins, VIP Pass, and bonus projectiles are credited to your in-game wallet immediately.
• An official Varnams Digital Receipt (containing your unique Receipt ID VNM-..., Date/Time, UTR reference, and Account Backup Key VARNAM-XXXX-YY) is generated immediately in-game, with an option to copy or email the confirmation to yourself and our support desk.

2. Cancellation & Digital Finality Policy

Because virtual coins, ammunition packs, and VIP passes are delivered and unlocked immediately upon checkout verification, completed digital purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or returned once credited to your game wallet or consumed in gameplay.

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

While digital consumables are non-refundable once delivered and used, Varnams provides a 100% Instant Credit Restoration or Full Refund in the following verified situations:

• Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally debited twice for the exact same pack due to a network timeout or UPI app retry.
• Technical Non-Delivery: Money was successfully debited from your UPI / bank account (verifiable via a valid 12-digit UPI UTR number), but the virtual coins or VIP pass were not credited due to a browser crash or connection drop.

Note on Payment Authorization: Because every UPI or App Store transaction requires the account holder's private UPI PIN or device credentials, refunds cannot be granted for "change of mind", partial consumption of virtual coins, or claims that a family member used an unlocked phone where a valid UPI PIN was entered.

4. How to Request Support or a Refund

• Please email us within 48 hours of the transaction with:
  1. Your Varnams Receipt ID (e.g., VNM-...) or Backup Key (VARNAM-XXXX-YY), and
  2. Your 12-digit UPI Reference / UTR Number (or payment screenshot from GPay / PhonePe / Paytm / Google Play).
• We review and respond to all billing tickets within 24 to 48 hours.
• Verified missing credits are restored immediately via a VIP Recovery Code, or approved refunds are returned to the original UPI / payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
