📜 Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or playing Royal Smash 3D ("the Game"), published and operated under the brand Varnams ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, downloading, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Pure Entertainment & Non-Gambling Declaration

Royal Smash 3D is a casual 3D physics-based arcade puzzle and stress-buster game designed strictly for personal amusement and entertainment. The Game does not offer or facilitate real-money gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, or real-world cash prizes of any kind.

2. Virtual Currencies, VIP Passes & Digital Items

• The Game features virtual currencies (Silver Coins and Gold Coins), virtual projectiles (such as Bombs, Heavy Boulders, Rollers, Flying Slippers, Combat Boots, Hydro Splash, and Cluster Rockets), 3D Cannon Skins, and the Royal VIP Arsenal Pass ("Virtual Items").
• Limited License Only: When you earn or purchase Virtual Items, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use those Virtual Items strictly within the Game for personal entertainment. You do not acquire ownership or property rights in any Virtual Items.
• Zero Monetary Value: Virtual Coins and Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and can never be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Game.

3. Payment Account Holder Authorization & Self-Declaration

• Because Varnams does not collect government IDs or monitor the age of individual device users, by initiating and authenticating a payment via UPI or an App Store, you self-declare and warrant that you are the authorized holder of that payment account (or have explicit, prior authorization from the account holder / parent / legal guardian before entering the payment PIN).
• Varnams shall not be responsible or liable for any transactions completed on a user's device where a valid UPI PIN, bank OTP, or app store authentication credential was entered.

4. Local Storage, Backup Keys & Single Active Device Policy

• On-Device Progress: Game progress, coin balances, and unlocked items are stored locally in your device's browser/app storage (localStorage). Clearing browser cache/site data or uninstalling the app without saving your Backup Key may reset your local progress.
• Support Backup Key (VARNAM-XXXX-YY): Each player profile is assigned a unique Backup Key (viewable in your Player Profile, Vault Restore screen, and Digital Receipts). You are responsible for keeping a copy of your Backup Key and Digital Receipt ID (VNM-...).
• Single Active Device Policy: To prevent unauthorized sharing of paid passes or coin packs, each Backup Key can be active on only one (1) device at a time. Restoring or transferring your Backup Key to a new device automatically deactivates the profile on any previous device.

5. User-Selected Photos & Custom Text (Boss Mode / Stress Buster)

• The Game includes an optional, 100% client-side feature ("Stress Buster / Boss Mode") allowing you to select a photo from your device and enter custom text for light-hearted personal parody.
• All custom images and text remain strictly on your local device and are never uploaded to or reviewed by Varnams.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any photos or text you select in Boss Mode and for any screenshots or screen recordings you choose to share with others. You agree not to use the Game to create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing material, and you agree to indemnify and hold Varnams harmless from any third-party claims arising from your misuse of custom targets or shared screenshots.

6. Simulated Arcade Leaderboard & Gameplay Adjustments

• The in-game "Hall of Champions" leaderboard and rank titles are simulated single-player arcade progression benchmarks designed for motivation and entertainment.
• We reserve the right to tune, balance, modify, or update level layouts, projectile physics, virtual item pricing, or game features at any time without liability in order to keep the Game fair and enjoyable.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All original source code, 3D models, physics configurations, audio synthesis, user interface designs, and branding associated with Royal Smash 3D and Varnams are owned by Varnams and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS") & Limitation of Liability

• "AS IS" Provision: Royal Smash 3D is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation across all browsers or devices.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Varnams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of data, or device issues arising out of your access to or use of the Game. In all events, Varnams' maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to Varnams for in-game purchases during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim (or INR ₹0 if you have made no purchases).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact Varnams Support at support@varnams.in with your Digital Receipt ID or Backup Key to allow us fourteen (14) days to resolve the issue amicably.
